摘要
医保窗口服务作为医疗保障体系的重要环节,直接关系到群众的切身利益和看病就医获得感.然而在实际操作中存在服务效率低下、服务态度欠佳、信息透明度不足、信息化建设相对滞后等问题.文章深入梳理分析了当前医保窗口服务存在的问题,并探讨有效的解决对策,提出加强信息化建设投入改善医保窗口服务质量的建议,以期更好地供同行交流探讨.
Abstract
As an important part of the medical security system,the medical insurance window service is directly related to the vital interests of the masses and the sense of access to medical treatment.However,in actual operation,there are problems such as low service efficiency,poor service attitude,insufficient information transparency,and relatively lagging informatization construction.This paper deeply summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of the current medical insurance window service,discusses effective countermeasures,and puts forward suggestions for strengthening the investment in informatization construction to improve the service quality of medical insurance window,for better communication and discussion with peers.
