摘要

本文以某源水泵站为例,通过在原有InTouch为组态软件的SCADA系统上增加一套基于LabVIEW的数据采集系统,采集泵组振动和噪音信号,并与SCADA应用之间通过OPC通信,传递数据,实现水泵机组的实时监测和故障报警功能.

Abstract

In this paper,a source water pumping station is taken as an example,and a set of data acquisition system based on LabVIEW is added to the original SCADA system with InTouch as the configuration software.This system collects the pump unit vibration and noise signals,and transmits the data through OPC communication with the SCADA application,so as to realize the real-time monitoring and fault alarm function of water pump unit.
