Analysis of Pure Water System Installation Technology
This paper introduces the process flow,installation construction and equipment commissioning operation of pure water system of a project.The process flow includes multi-level filtration,pressurization,dosing and heating of raw water,then entering the RO system and treatment by degassing membrane,EDI and TOC equipment,and finally entering the polishing mixed bed to achieve high-purity water.In the stage of equipment commissioning operation,it is necessary to prepare water treatment agents,operate and debug through the master computer and realize the interlocking control of automatic control instruments,such as the interlocking of the water tank level and the water pump,the interlocking of the dosing pump,etc.This project ensures the stable operation of pure water system through the phased commissioning ultrafiltration and RO equipment,as well as its auxiliary power equipment and dosing device.
