超声波用于火车门式采样机煤面检测的探索

火车车厢所装燃煤的煤面高低位置是门式采样机采样深度的一个基准,原有的煤面检测装置为机械牵引式,结构相对复杂,由于采样机采样时振动较大,导致煤面检测装置问题频发,使设备性能下降、维修成本增加.基于此,本文结合实际,决定使用超声波传感器进行煤面的检测,经过现场使用效果跟踪,发现该超声波传感器运行稳定,未受到粉尘、振动的干扰,效果良好,从而解决了这一难题.
Exploration of Ultrasonic Wave for Coal Surface Detection of Train Gantry Sampler
The coal surface position of the fire coal loaded in the train carriage is a benchmark for the sampling depth of gantry sampler.The previous coal surface detection device is mechanical haulage type,and the structure is relatively complex.Due to the large vibration of the sampling machine during sampling,the coal surface detection device has frequent problems,which reduces the performance of the equipment and increases the maintenance cost.Based on this condition,in combination with the actual situation,ultrasonic sensor is used in this paper for the detection of coal surface.Through site application effect tracking,the ultrasonic sensor is observed to have stable operations and not being disturbed by dust and vibration,and the effect is good,so as to solve this problem.
