Failure analysis of components plays an indispensable role in improving the reliability of integrated circuits.As an effective analytical method,failure analysis has become one of the important research topics in the field of microelectronics.With the continuous improvement of integration and the gradual decline of process size,the problems encountered when performing failure analysis also increase.Based on the practical work experience,this paper conducts an in-depth study and summary of the failure analysis technology for electronic components.
