摘要
柔性装卸纸箱装置是一种借助柔性垫层完成纸箱装卸的专用设备.由于纸箱尺寸、重量和体积都较大,人工装卸费时、费力,效率低.本文通过试验确定了驱动油缸尺寸、下压油缸尺寸、推板高度以及托板长度的装置参数,设计了一款结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠的柔性装卸纸箱装置,以满足纸箱快速装卸的需求.
Abstract
Flexible carton loading and unloading device is a special equipment for carton loading and unloading with the help of flexible cushion layer.Because the carton size,weight and volume are large,manual loading and unloading require long time and great effort,and have a low efficiency.In this paper,the device parameters such as the size of brake cylinder,the size of pushing cylinder,the height of push plate and the length of supporting pallet are determined by experiments.A flexible loading and unloading device with simple structure,convenient operation,safety and reliability is designed to meet the needs of rapid carton loading and unloading.
