仿真实验在"金属学与热处理"实验课程教学改革中的应用

"金属学与热处理"实验课程对培养学生的实践和动手操作能力非常重要.针对该实验课程的内在特征以及地方型应用高校的定位,以培养工程技术人才为目标,本文以教师指导开放性实验、仿真模拟实验和实际实验验证等手段对实验教学的不同阶段进行改革探索.结果表明,通过仿真模拟与实验验证相结合的方式呈现快速、直观的效果,提高了学生实验过程中的自主性和创新性,达到了既巩固理论知识,又培养工程实践能力的目的.
Application of Simulation Experiment in Teaching Reform of"Metallography and Heat Treatment Experiment Course"
The"Metallography and Heat Treatment"experiment course is very important for cultivating practical and hands-on skills of students.In view of the intrinsic characteristics of this experiment course and the positioning of local applied universities,with the goal of cultivating engineering technical talents,this paper explores the reform at different stages of experimental teaching by means of teacher-guided open experiments,simulation experiments and actual experimental verification.The results show that the combination of simulation and experimental verification presents fast and intuitive results,improves the autonomy and innovation of students in the experimental process,and achieves the purpose of consolidating theoretical knowledge and cultivating engineering practice ability.
