Guided by laws,regulations,standards and policies concerning data security,and based on data classification and hierarchical management,the health and medical big data security control system of medical institutions is constructed in this paper.Through the control process of combining data security management system and norms,security protection technical measures and security operation mechanism,different security protection technologies are adopted for different levels of data at different activity stages to achieve the purpose of protecting the security of health and medical big data in the whole life cycle,promote the effective balance between medical data security and data application,and provide a scheme reference for the decision-making of data security control in the medical field.
