摘要

EPC项目建设普遍具有建设周期长、参建方多、项目管理复杂度高的特点,随着信息化进程的不断加快,信息化软件成为管理复杂的业务流程强有力的工具.本文先是分析以EPC项目为主业的科技型企业管理现状,提出EPC项目信息化建设的重难点,针对问题及需求在ERP基础上构建业财融合的EPC项目信息化管理平台,以实现科技型企业EPC业务全周期管控.

Abstract

EPC project construction generally has the characteristics of long construction period,many participating parties and high complexity of project management.With the continuous acceleration of informatization process,informatization software has become a powerful tool for managing complex business processes.This paper first analyzes the management status of science and technology enterprises with EPC project as their main business,puts forward the major difficulties of EPC project informatization construction,and builds an EPC project informatization management platform with business-finance integration on the basis of ERP according to the problems and needs,so as to realize the full-cycle control of EPC business of science and technology enterprises.
