为了提高医院在疾病诊断相关分组(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRG)改革背景下的发展水平,探讨医院精细化质量管理平台的建设,文章首先总结DRG改革下的医院精细化质量管理平台建设的要求,以了解医院设计精细化质量管理平台的架构,明确平台架构在DRG改革背景下的应用效能;然后分别从基于DRG改革要求细化平台运行方案、利用质量管理平台加强医保管理、在平台中深度融合成本管控与DRG改革3个方面提出平台运行的优化建议,以期充分发挥医院精细化质量管理平台优势,深入落实DRG改革工作.
Analysis of Construction of Hospital Refined Quality Management Platform under DRG Reform
In order to improve the development level of hospitals under the background of diagnosis related groups(DRG)reform,this paper explores the construction of a refined quality management platform for hospitals.Firstly,this paper summarizes the requirements for the construction of a hospital's refined quality management platform under the DRG reform to understand the architecture of the hospital's refined quality management platform,and clarify the application effectiveness of the platform architecture in the context of the DRG reform;Subsequently,this paper proposes optimization suggestions for platform operation from three aspects:refining the platform operation plan based on DRG reform requirements,strengthening medical insurance management through quality management platform,and deeply integrating cost control and DRG reform in the platform,so as to fully leverage the advantages of the hospital's refined quality management platform and deepen the implementation of DRG reform work.
