本文针对当前安装电气设备后运行电磁辐射高、噪声高等问题,开展10kV配网变配电室电气设备安装施工技术研究.按照布设挖槽—预埋管线—管线连接与测试流程,完成10kV配网变配电室电气设备管线预埋敷设.设置防雷引下线,安装接地装置.完成电缆敷设施工,插座与开关、配电箱安装工作.实例证明,新的施工技术应用后,全阶段电气设备的电磁辐射和噪声水平均能够控制在合理范围内,最大限度减少电气设备安装对环境的影响.
Research on Installation Construction Technology of Electrical Equipment in 10kV Distribution Network Transformer and Distribution Room
In view of the current problems of high electromagnetic radiation and high noise during operation after the installation of electrical equipment,this paper carries out the research on the installation construction technology of electrical equipment in the transformer and distribution room of 10kV distribution network.According to the process of laying and trench dredging-pipeline embedding-pipeline connection and testing,the embedding and laying of electrical equipment pipelines in the 10kV distribution network transformer and distribution room are completed.The lightning protection down conductor is set up,and the grounding device is installed.The cable installation construction and the socket,switch and distribution box installation are completed.The example proves that after the application of the new construction technology,the electromagnetic radiation and noise level of the electrical equipment in the whole stage can be controlled within a reasonable range,and the impact of the electrical equipment installation on the environment can be minimized.
