摘要
我国现阶段电缆敷设过于依赖人员专业能力以及实践经验,经常出现电缆盘动力不足、电缆受力不均衡等问题.为解决此类问题,本文将围绕基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的电力电缆敷设控制系统设计路径开展分析讨论,阐述电缆敷设所涉及的工艺技术及应用流程,介绍电动放线架等机械装置,通过将PLC作为核心控制器,打造主从式网络,再根据PID(比例、积分、微分的控制算法)运算结果,完成电缆盘速度调控,确保电缆的恒张力敷设.
Abstract
At the present stage,cable laying in China relies too much on the professional ability and practical experience of personnel,and there are often problems such as insufficient power of cable drums and unbalanced cable stress.In order to solve such problems,this paper will analyze and discuss the design path of power cable laying control system based on programmable logic controller(PLC),elaborate the process technology and application process involved in cable laying,introduce mechanical devices such as electric pulley block,build a master-slave network by using PLC as the core controller,and then complete the speed control of the cable drum according to the PID(proportional,integral,and derivative control algorithm)calculation results to ensure the constant tension laying of the cable.
