摘要
应用头脑风暴法和Delphi法构建老年患者心血管慢病延续护理的物联网云平台指标体系,构建由云平台基础模块、医护服务模块和患者服务模块为一级指标的老年患者心血管慢病延续护理云平台指标体系,并确定各级指标的权重.建立基于物联网的老年患者心血管慢病延续护理云平台指标体系,实现高效、便捷、可及、智能化,旨在为老年患者心血管慢病患者提供全流程的护理服务,有效改变患者的健康行为,减少疾病危险因素.
Abstract
The brainstorming method and Delphi method are used to construct the index system of the Internet of Things cloud platform for the continuing care of cardiovascular chronic diseases in elderly patients,and the index system of the cloud platform for the continuing care of cardiovascular chronic diseases in elderly patients is constructed with the cloud platform basic module,doctor-nurse service module and patient service module as the first-level indicators,and the weights of the indicators at all levels are determined.The cloud platform index system for the continuing care of cardiovascular chronic diseases in elderly patients based on the Internet of Things is constructed,the efficient,convenient,accessible and intelligent process is realized,aiming to provide whole-process nursing services for elderly patients with cardiovascular chronic diseases,effectively change patients'health behaviors,and reduce disease risk factors.
