摘要
近年来,"双碳"目标已在全球范围内被整合进生态文明建设的宏观规划,成为各国推动绿色发展的核心战略.本研究以深圳为例,结合当前全国"双碳"发展布局以及深圳市低碳交通发展现状,从控制交通需求、调整运输结构、优化能源结构和提高能源效率等多个角度提出城市交通绿色低碳发展策略与建议,旨在为深圳市加快构建绿色低碳交通体系献计献策.
Abstract
In recent years,the"double carbon"goal has been integrated into the macro-planning of ecological civilization construction on a global scale,and has become the core strategy of countries to promote green development.Taking Shenzhen city as an example,based on the current national"double carbon"development layout and the current development status of low-carbon transportation in Shenzhen,this study puts forward green and low-carbon development strategies and suggestions for urban transportation from multiple perspectives,such as controlling traffic demand,adjusting transportation structure,optimizing energy structure and improving energy efficiency,aiming to provide suggestions for Shenzhen to accelerate the construction of a green and low-carbon transportation system.
