摘要
本文以国家对国有企业数字化转型的要求为切入点,分析当前国有企业运营管控数字化转型现状,提出企业运营管控数字化转型面临的挑战及当前与生产运营相关的数字化管控平台存在的不足之处.基于问题及挑战,提出运营管控数字化转型的优化方案和策略,探讨如何进行运营管控数字化的转型和升级,以适应数字化转型的要求,推动企业运营管控向数字化决策发展.
Abstract
Taking the national requirements for the digital transformation of state-owned enterprises as the starting point,this paper analyzes the current status of the digital transformation of state-owned enterprise operation management control,and puts forward the challenges faced by the digital transformation of enterprise operation management control and the shortcomings of the current digital management control platform related to production and operation.Based on the problems and challenges,this paper proposes the optimization scheme and strategy of digital transformation of operation management control,and discusses how to carry out the digital transformation and upgrading of operation management control,so as to meet the requirements of digital transformation and promote the development of enterprise operation management control to digital decision.
