摘要
在医院办公室管理中,信息化的应用不仅提高了工作效率,还优化了资源配置,增强了数据处理能力.研究医院办公室信息化建设与应用的现状、问题及其优化策略,对于推动医院管理的现代化和提升整体服务质量具有重要意义.本文旨在通过理论分析与实证调查,探讨医院办公室信息化建设的关键技术与应用效果,分析其对管理效率和服务质量的影响,并提出相应的优化建议.
Abstract
In hospital office management,the application of informatization not only improves work efficiency,but also optimizes resource allocation and enhances data processing capabilities.It is of great significance to study the current situation,problems and optimization strategies of hospital office informatization construction and application for promoting the modernization of hospital management and improving the overall service quality.This paper aims to explore the key technologies and application effects of hospital office informatization construction through theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,analyze its influence on management efficiency and service quality,and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions.
