摘要
临床试验作为验证药物与医疗器械安全性和有效性的唯一科学方法,其重要性不言而喻.为满足新疆地区患者需求,高效推进临床试验至关重要.构建科学信息化系统能确保试验规范、结果可靠.本文设计了一套临床试验信息化管理系统,实现项目与数据管理的高效整合,满足申办者、研究机构及监管部门的需求,为管理层提供科学决策支持.
Abstract
As the only scientific method to verify the safety and efficacy of drugs and medical devices,the importance of clinical trials is self-evident.In order to meet the needs of patients in Xinjiang region,it is essential to efficiently advance clinical trials.The construction of a scientific information system can ensure that the trial is standardized and the results are reliable.This paper designs a set of clinical trial informatization management system to achieve an efficient integration of project and data management,meet the needs of sponsors,research institutions and regulatory departments,and provide scientific decision support for managers.
