摘要
在互联网时代背景下,高职院校传统的人力资源管理形式已经不足以满足当下的社会需求,因此,将大数据技术融入人力资源管理中,是时代发展的必然趋势.本文主要研究高职院校人力资源大数据系统应用的意义及应用途径.
Abstract
In the context of the Internet era,the traditional form of human resource management in higher vocational colleges is insufficient to meet the current social needs,so it is an inevitable trend of epoch development to integrate big data technology into human resource management.This paper mainly studies the application significance and application methods of human resources big data system in higher vocational colleges.
