本文从大数据技术科研项目全生命周期管理的角度出发,探讨利用大数据技术构建科研项目质量监控体系,通过立项阶段辅助申报,实施阶段过程监控和智能化预警,结题阶段成果智能化验收和评价及后续管理和成果转化进行智能化推广和决策支持,使科研项目在选题、成果应用等各方面都能得到智能化管理.采用大数据处理及分析、深度学习及自然语言处理、智能决策支持等关键技术,增强科研管理科学性、精准性,推动科研成果高效转化和运用.
Construction of Quality Monitoring System for Medical Scientific Research Projects Based on Big Data Technology
From the perspective of the whole life cycle management of big data technology scientific research projects,this paper discusses the use of big data technology to build a quality monitoring system for scientific research projects.Through the auxiliary submission in the project establishment stage,the process monitoring and intelligent early warning in the implementation stage,the intelligent acceptance and evaluation of the results in the closure stage,as well as the intelligent promotion and decision support for subsequent management and achievement transformation,the scientific research projects can be intelligently managed in all aspects such as topic selection and achievement application.Key technologies such as big data processing and analysis,deep learning and natural language processing,and intelligent decision support are adopted to enhance the scientific and accurate management of scientific researches,and promote the efficient transformation and application of scientific research achievements.
