摘要
在信息技术不断发展背景下,我国建筑行业迎来了良好的发展契机,借助信息技术可以增强建筑行业发展动力,提高信息化水平.如果不能保证建设工程质量,就可能会影响甚至威胁人民生命财产安全,还可能会影响工程经济效益和社会效益,因此,建筑企业应重视信息化监督管理工作的推进.对此,本文首先阐述了信息化及其对建设工程质量安全监督管理的影响、要求,分析了建设工程质量安全监督信息化管理现状问题,并针对这些问题提出了有效的改进策略,以供参考.
Abstract
In the context of the continuous development of information technology,the construction industry in China has ushered in a good opportunity for development.With the help of information technology,it can enhance the development momentum of the construction industry and improve the level of informatization.If the quality of the construction project cannot be guaranteed,it may affect or even threaten the safety of people's lives and property,and may also affect the economic benefit and social benefit of the project.Therefore,the construction enterprises should pay attention to the informatization supervision and management.In this regard,this paper first expounds the influence and requirements of informatization on the supervision and management of construction project quality safety,analyzes the current situation of informatization management of construction project quality safety supervision,and puts forward effective improvement strategies for these problems,for reference.
