摘要
在知识经济时代背景下,企业要想取得成功并实现成长,必须建立起高效的知识共享机制.本文对经研体系知识的概念进行了简要阐述,分析了当前经研体系在知识共享层面存在的不足,并从资源整合、管理模式、人才培养等方面,提出了经研体系知识共享的优化措施,以期能够为后续企业的成长提供良好的建议和意见,从而不断推动企业的稳定发展.
Abstract
In the context of the knowledge economy era,in order to succeed and grow,enterprises must establish an efficient knowledge sharing mechanism.This paper briefly expounds the concept of economic research system knowledge,analyzes the shortcomings of the current economic research system at the level of knowledge sharing,and puts forward the optimization measures for knowledge sharing in the economic research system from the aspects of resource integration,management mode,and talent cultivation,so as to provide good suggestions and opinions for the subsequent growth of enterprises,and continuously promote the stable development of enterprises.
