不同实验因素对柴油微乳液稳定性影响的研究

为研究不同实验因素对柴油微乳液稳定性的影响,通过稳定性分析仪测定了不同因素下三种乳化方法制备的柴油微乳液的稳定性。发现超声波作用下,功率高于600w 时,随功率的增大,微乳液稳定性变好,当超声波功率为1000w 时,超声最佳时间为15min;均质乳化最佳处理条件为10000r/min,作用时间20min;随着微波功率的增大,微乳液的稳定性逐渐变差,当微波功率为400w 时,微波最佳处理时间为15min。超声、均质乳化、微波处理得到的微乳液稳定性由好变差的顺序依次为超声、均质乳化、微波。
Stability of diesel micro-emulsion prepared in different emulsifying processes
In order to study the effect of different emulsification techniques on the stabilities of diesel micro-emulsion,the effects of three different emulsification techniques on the stabilities of diesel micro-emulsion were studied by the means of scan of stability analyzer.The results showed that treated by the ultrasonic wave,the stability of the micro-emulsion became better with the increasing of the ultrasonic power when the power was larger than 600w and the best ultrasonic time was 1 5min;the best homogenizing emulsification intensity and time were 10000r/min and 20min;the stability of the micro-emulsion decreased with the microwave power increasing and the best treating time was 1 5min when the microwave power was 400w.The order of the micro-emulsified stability was ultrasonic wave 、homogenizing emulsification 、microwave.
