The excellent leadership of the class cadres plays an extremely important role in the development of the class and the connection between the instructors and class members.But there are always problems in a team.The problems of job responsibilities and job allocation between class cadres and the league branch became increasingly obvious.It is not only the problem of business ability,but also the communication barriers between class cadres and the league branch.This paper analyzes and discusses how to clarify the duty and solve the problems in the work among the cadres of the class and youth League during the epidemic period.
