宽恕干预对新生宽恕水平的影响研究

宽恕团体辅导对职业院校的学生管理质量提升有重要作用。本研究选取两个班级侵犯动机排名后15%的学生为实验组、对照组,以REACH宽恕干预模型理论为指导设计宽恕干预方案,对实验组进行8次干预。研究结果:干预前实验组、对照组宽恕可能性、宽恕倾向、宽恕态度、年龄无显著差异;干预后,实验组宽恕可能性(t=3。89,p=0。001<0。05)、宽恕倾向(t=4。97,p=0。000<0。05)显著高于对照班,实验班与对照组宽恕情境无显著差异(t=1。93,p=0。069>0。05)。研究结果:REACH宽恕干预模型设计团体辅导,能显著提高被试的宽恕可能性、宽恕倾向水平,但对宽恕态度的影响不显著;认知干预、行为干预可能对宽恕水平的提高有积极影响。
Effects of Forgiveness Interwention on Forgiveness Level of Freshmen
Forgiveness group counseling plays an important role in improving the quality of student management in vocational colleges.In this study,the Aggressive motive 15%of all students in two classes were selected as the experimental group and the control group,and REACH forgiveness intervention model theory as a guide to establish a set of forgiveness training programs,members of the experimental group has been intervented for eight times.Results:before the intervention,there were no significant differences in forgive properties,forgive dispositional,forgive attitude in the experimental group and control group.After the intervention,the total score of forgive properties(t=3.89,p=0.001<0.05)and forgive attitude(t=1.93,p=0.069>0.05in the experimental group were significantly higher in the experimental class than in the control group.Bu there on significant differences in forgive dispositional between experimental group and control group(t=1.93,p=0.069>0.05).Conclusion:REACH forgiveness intervention can significantly improve the subjects'level of forgive properties and forgive attitude but not has no significant forgive attitude;congnitive intervention and behaviour intervention maybe have positive effect on level of orgiveness.
