摘要
鉴于石油油气及危化品生产、储存、使用过程中的高危险性,本文分析了油气及危化品发生安全事故的原因、应急处置的特点与难点,指出了在现有应急救援体系中存在的不足,并从应急处置技术人才培养、装置配置、应急训练等方面提出了相应对策.
Abstract
In view of the high risk in the production,storage and use of petroleum,oil and gas and hazardous chemicals.This paper analyzes the causes of safety accidents of oil and gas and dangerous chemicals and the characteristics and difficulties of emergency treatment.It points out the deficiency in the existing emergency rescue system.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of personnel training,equipment configuration and emergency training.
