运用自然辩证法视角研究中国新能源与芯片技术融合发展的策略

自然辩证法是恩格斯在汇集了自然科学及其发展历史研究的理论成果,是对所处时代的自然科学进行的哲学概括,并结合唯物论和辩证法提出的研究自然科学和社会科学的方法论.其核心的辩证法思想对于指导当今中国科技产业的发展依然极为适用.芯片技术(又名集成电路)和新能源技术都是我国在当前形势下重点投入的科技产业,其中芯片技术是一切电子技术和智能技术的基础.新能源技术则是依据自然辩证法生态自然观中环境保护的理念为基础所发展出的对绿色清洁能源的采集和转化技术.现阶段,我国的光伏发电,电动汽车等已处于国际领先的地位,而在芯片的设计和制造方面仍有着明显的短板,这使得我国新能源发展所使用的芯片仍然高度依赖进口.新能源技术和芯片技术都是国家"十四五"期间所需重点投入的技术.本文用自然辩证法视角深入分析两者的关系,思考充分发挥自然辩证法中对立统一、质量互变以及否定之否定等科学的规律,提出更好地看待这两个关键性行业的方法并制定更有针对性的发展策略,为中国的高新科技和创新能力注入更强大的动力.
Research on the Strategy of the Integration and Development of China's New Energy and Chip Technology from the Perspective of Dialectics of Nature
Natural dialectics is Engels'methodology for studying natural science and social science,which is a philosophical generalization of the natural science of his era and a combination of materialism and dialectics,and is also a collection of theoretical achievements in the research of natural science and its development history.Its core dialectic thought is still extremely applicable to guide the development of China's science and technology industry today.Chip technology(also known as integrated circuit)and new energy technology are the key scientific and technological industries invested by China under the current situation,in which chip technology is the basis of all electronic technologies and intelligent technologies.The new energy technology is based on the concept of environmental protection in the ecological and natural view of dialectics of nature.At this stage,China's photovoltaic power generation,electric vehicles,etc.have been in the leading position in the world,while there are still obvious weaknesses in chip design and manufacturing,which makes the chips used in China's new energy development still highly dependent on imports.New energy technology and chip technology are both the key technologies that need to be invested during the"Fourteenth Five Year Plan"period of the country.This paper uses the perspective of natural dialectics to deeply analyze the relationship between them,think about giving full play to the scientific laws in natural dialectics,such as unity of opposites,mutual change of quality and negation of negation,and propose methods to better treat these two key industries and formulate more targeted development strategies,To inject more powerful impetus into China's high-tech and innovation capabilities.
