超顺磁性磁共振对比剂的制备、表征及其性能研究

本实验以六水合三氯化铁(FeCl3·6H2O)作为原料,以乙二醇为溶剂,用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)做修饰,使用溶剂热法合成超顺磁性磁共振对比剂。采用X-射线粉末衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对实验的样品进行其形貌和尺寸大小的研究;使用傅里叶变换红外光谱探究实验样品的化学键组成;使用磁学测量系统SQUID对样品进行表征,探究了样品的磁性能。
Preparation,Characterization and Properties of Superparamagnetic Magnetic Resonance Contrast Agent
In this paper,superparamagnetic magnetic resonance contrast agent was synthesized by using FeCl3·6H2O as raw material,using ethylene glycol as solvent and polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)as modification agent.Take it as the experimental research object.X-ray powder diffractometer and transmission electron microscope scanning electron microscope were used to study the morphology and size of the samples;the purity and chemical bond composition of the samples were investigated by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR);and the crystallinity and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by using magnetic measurement system(SQUID).
