Exploring the Practical Paths of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Culinary Programs Under the Background of Improving Quality and Training Excellent Talents
Higher vocational cooking major is an important base for cultivating high-quality and high-skilled cooking talents,and labor education is an important way to improve the professional ability and vocational quality of higher vocational cooking students.At present,there are many problems in labor education of higher vocational cooking major,such as the disconnection between the school and the employer's actual needs,the imperfect teaching facilities,the unreasonable internship,and the insufficient teacher team,which lead to the low quality of labor education and cannot meet the needs of society and industry.Based on the analysis of the significance and existing problems of labor education in higher vocational cooking major,this paper explores the practical path of enhancing the adaptability of labor education in higher vocational cooking major under the background of improving quality and cultivating excellence from five aspects:"morality,diligence,skill,specialty and innovation",that is,to equip higher vocational cooking major with high-quality teachers,establish a matching talent training mode,build a school-enterprise cooperation platform,innovate the content and methods of labor education,and strengthen the evaluation and feedback of labor education,so as to provide reference for the reform and development of labor education in higher vocational cooking major.
