The Two-way Rush of City and Youth:the Exploration of the Construction of Youth-developing City——Take Lishui in Zhejiang province
In recent years,in order to attract young people to join,many cities have put forward a series of strategies and policies to build youth-oriented and youth-friendly cities.According to incomplete statistics from China Youth and Children Research Center,87 prefecture-level cities have clearly put forward such concepts.In order to implement the strategic plan,various localities have promulgated financial incentive and support policies such as"zero threshold for settling down","settling down before employment","rent subsidy","house purchase subsidy"and"house purchase discount"to attract young people to settle down,develop and start businesses.Implementation plans across the country have spread like wildfire,and the concept of giving priority to youth development has gradually gained popularity.The characteristics,needs and feelings of young people play a crucial role in the introduction of young people.Lishui attaches great importance to the construction of a development-oriented city for young people,but it is still exploring ways to improve the compatibility between the city and young people and to provide more opportunities and a better development environment for young people.
