摘要

生物专业英语是高等院校生物类专业对大学英语课程的延伸与深化,该课程对于巩固并提高大学生的英语水平,对更好地阅读专业英语文献,撰写英文学术论文,以及应用型人才的培养至关重要.生物专业英语涉及的知识面广,词汇量大,更新快,难度高,且生物科学领域发展日新月异,使得学生难以适应,学习兴趣低下.因此,如何对生物专业英语的教学进行创新与改革对于应用型人才的培养具有重要意义.本文对同等类应用型院校的相关课程改革具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract

Biology English is the extension and deepening of college English courses for biology majors in colleges and universities.This course is of great importance to consolidate and improve the English level of college students,to better read professional English literature,write English academic papers,and to cultivate applied talents.Biological English involves a wide range of knowledge,a large vocabulary,fast update,high difficulty,and the field of biological science changes with each passing day,making it difficult for students to adapt to learning interest.Therefore,how to innovate and reform the teaching of biology English is of great significance to the cultivation of applied talents.This paper has a certain reference significance for the curriculum reform of the same type of application-oriented colleges.
