摘要

物理化学是材料科学与工程专业本科教育的一门必修课程,教学内容理论性强、与实践融合不理想、学生学习热情不高,导致教学效果不佳.上海海事大学经过多年的探索,以学科竞赛为抓手,构建物理化学理论教学—实践教学—学科竞赛三体融合,形成"理论—实践—竞赛"的闭环教学模式,不仅能激发学生的学习兴趣、扎实实验技能、突出实践应用能力,而且有利于学生自主和创新思维的培养,有效提升物理化学教学质量,为类似课程教学改革提供新思路.

Abstract

Physical chemistry is a mandatory course for undergraduate education in Material Science and Engineering.Its teaching effect is not as good as expected for highly theoretical content,unsatisfaction in integration with practice,relatively low students'enthusiasm for learning.Taking discipline competition as the starting point,Shanghai Maritime University has built the integration of theoretical teaching-practical teaching-discipline competition,and formed a closed-loop teaching mode of"theory-practice-competition"after years of exploration.It can not only stimulate students'interest in learning,solid experimental skills,highlight practical application ability,but also help the cultivation of students'independent and innovative thinking with an improvement in the quality of physical chemistry teaching,and provide new ideas for the teaching reform of similar courses.
