Research on the Demand Characteristics and Countermeasures of Infant and Child Care Service Development:Take Tongren City as an Example
With the implementation of the national policy to promote population growth,the demand for infant care services for children under the age of 3 has gradually increased,but there are still many difficulties in the demand for infant and child care services.This paper focuses on the perspective of parents,expounds the characteristics of infant care service demand,and puts forward four construction suggestions:first,the government fully coordinates and does a good job in overall planning to escort the healthy and sustainable development of the infant care industry;Second,colleges and universities actively lead and cultivate infant and child care talents with both ability and integrity;Third,infant and child care service institutions strengthen professional training,improve the professionalism of teachers,and provide education that satisfies parents;The fourth is the joint education and co-construction of family institutions to promote the healthy development and education of infants and young children..
