摘要

传统高等工程教育注重技术能力的培养与考核,忽视非技术能力.根据工程教育专业认证和"新工科"对工程技术人才要求,非技术能力培养对大学生满足新经济时代的要求具有重要意义.在分析当前工程教育非技术能力培养所存在问题的基础上,从更新教育理念、以成果为导向、加强实践及完善非技术能力评价四个角度讨论如何培养学生非技术能力,以期为相关院校工程专业教育提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

Traditional higher engineering education focuses on the cultivation and assessment of professional technical ability,while neglecting the cultivation of non-technical ability.According to the requirements of"emerging engineering"and engineering education professional certification for engineering talents,the cultivation of non-technical ability is of great significance for college students to meet the requirements of the new economic era.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of non-technical ability in current engineering education,this paper discusses how to cultivate students'non-technical ability from four perspectives:renewing educational ideas,taking achievements as the guidance,strengthening practice and improving the evaluation of non-technical ability,in order to provide reference and reference for engineering professional education in relevant colleges and universities.
