摘要
高校二级学院党的建设与具体业务工作的深度融合发展,对于贯彻新时期党建的基本要求、推动普通高等学校全面改革发展、履行立德树人的教育使命,以及培养新时代"四有"新人具有重大意义.然而,高校二级学院在党的建设与具体业务工作深度融合过程中,仍存在一些问题,如成效不佳、领导机构建立不完善、干部思想认识不深刻等.针对这些问题,本文强调了高校二级学院应正确处理好党建与具体业务工作的内在联系,进一步增强思想意识,实现以党建为引领,不断创新管理工作方式,积极推进党的建设和服务管理工作双融入、双提高.
Abstract
In the field of higher education,the deep integration of Party construction and specific business operations within university secondary colleges is of great significance for implementing the basic requirements of Party building in the new era,promoting comprehensive reform and development in general higher education institutions,fulfilling the educational mission of fostering virtue and educating people,and training new individuals of the new era with"four haves".This article mainly addresses a series of issues currently arising in the process of deep integration of Party construction and service management work within secondary colleges of universities,such as poor effectiveness,incomplete establishment of leadership structures,and inadequate depth of cadre ideological understanding.It points out that secondary colleges of universities should properly handle the intrinsic connection between Party building and specific business operations,further enhance ideological awareness,achieve leadership through Party building,continuously innovate management methods,and actively promote the dual integration and improvement of Party construction and service management work.
