Research on the Development of High-quality Scientific Research in Private Undergraduate Universities in Shaanxi under the Background of"Organized Scientific Research"
Since China has entered a new stage of development,the existing level of scientific and technological progress can no longer meet the needs required to build a modern socialist scientific and technological powerhouse.Consequently,the Chinese government has introduced the new mandate of'strengthening organized scientific research and realizing scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement'for colleges and universities.Under the auspices of this initiative,addressing the relatively lagging status of scientific research has become an urgent issue for private undergraduate colleges and universities in Shaanxi.This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the current research development at these institutions,conducts targeted research,explores improvement strategies,and proposes feasible approaches for enhancing the quality of scientific research in Shaanxi's private undergraduate colleges and universities.
