Research on the Design of a Smart Childcare Service System for Children Aged 0-3 from the Perspective of Supply and Demand Matching
Objective This paper studies the smart childcare service system for children aged 0-3 years to address the issue of low matching degree between fragmented childcare services and diversified childcare service demands.Method Based on the principles of service design,and after reviewing related studies on smart childcare services both domestically and internationally,this paper analyzes stakeholder relationships and combines practical surveys on the current state and needs of childcare services for families with children aged 0-3.This leads to an exploration in the design of a smart childcare service system for children aged 0-3.Conclusion The paper proposes a framework for the smart childcare service system for children aged 0-3,which is conducive to achieving a balance between supply and demand in childcare services,improving the quality and efficiency of childcare services,and providing a design perspective reference for innovation in the smart childcare service system for children aged 0-3.
