我国高职院校辅导员研究领域的动态与趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化解析

摘要
通过运用CiteSpace可视化软件,我们对CNKI数据库中近20年来关于高职院校辅导员研究的相关文献进行了图谱解析.解析结果显示,尽管该领域的研究者数量众多,但尚未形成核心的作者群体和研究共同体.进一步的关键词共现分析揭示,高职院校辅导员的研究主要涉及队伍建设、学生管理、职业倦怠和工作方法等多个热点议题.这些议题大体上可以归纳为队伍建设、职业能力提升、工作策略优化以及学生心理健康促进等四大研究方向.值得关注的是,高职院校辅导员的职业化、专业化建设,以及职业能力提升,连同高职生的网络思政教育和心理健康教育,将持续成为未来该领域的研究焦点.
Abstract
By utilizing the CiteSpace visualization software,we conducted a bibliometric analysis of the literature related to counselors in vocational colleges within the CNKI database over the past 20 years.The analysis indicates that,despite a large number of researchers in this field,a core group of authors or a research community has not yet been established.Further keyword co-occurrence analysis reveals that the research on counselors in vocational colleges primarily involves several key issues such as team building,student management,occupational burnout,and work methods.These topics can generally be categorized into four main research directions:team building,enhancement of professional capabilities,optimization of work strategies,and promotion of students'psychological health.Notably,the professionalization and specialization of counselors,alongside the enhancement of their professional skills and the online ideological and psychological health education for vocational students,will continue to be the focal points of future research in this area.
