摘要

餐厨垃圾的资源化处理不仅是环境保护的迫切需求,而且是实现资源循环利用和可持续发展的重要环节.本文从碳达峰与碳中和的视角出发,着重强调了餐厨垃圾处理过程中节能降耗的必要性.通过深入分析当前各种餐厨垃圾处理方法的能耗构成,并结合其工艺特点,本文提出了切实可行的节能降耗途径和措施.

Abstract

The resourceful treatment of food waste is not only an urgent need for environmental protection but also a crucial link in achieving resource recycling and sustainable development.This paper starts from the perspectives of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,emphasizing the necessity of energy conservation and consumption reduction during the food waste treatment process.By thoroughly analyzing the energy consumption of various current food waste treatment methods and combining their technological characteristics,the paper proposes practical approaches and measures for energy conservation and consumption reduction.
