Paths for the Faculty Development Center to Assist in the Cultivation of"Golden Teachers"
Teachers play an important role in the development of higher education because they are the foundation of education and the source of education.Faculty development is a reality that every college teacher needs to face up to,this paper argues that as an institution specialized in developing teachers and serving teaching,the Center for Faculty Development should give full play to its functions and play an important role in the forging of"Golden Teachers".This paper combined with the practice of teachers'teaching development,thinks that we can start from four aspects,cultivate teachers'moral and teaching style,enhance teachers'teaching ability,build a good teaching organization and improve the scholarship ability of teaching and learning,to help teachers become excellent by focusing on the high points and starting from the small ones.
