"Great Virtue and Molding Spirit in Education of Morality and Law":Exploring and Practicing in Teaching Reform of Legal Professional Ethics
The education of legal professional ethics is an important content of"the cultivation of outstanding legal talents"in the new era,which is also necessary approaches to practice law-based governance of the country as well as to advance the process of building the rule of law.At present,legal professional ethics has been included in the compulsory core courses of undergraduate and postgraduate law education.However,the education of legal professional ethics is still restricted by the traditional"exam-only theory",and influenced by the traditional teaching concepts,teaching models,assessment methods and standard solidification,which results disregard of students to the course of"Legal Professional Ethics".Therefore,reform and innovation of Legal Professional Ethics education and teaching are urgently needed.So as to effectively improve the quality of teaching,whether from the aspects of curriculum design,teaching methods and modes,as well as assessment methods and standards,would be boldly practiced and innovated.all that will strength moral education and to practice both Morality and Law.
