摘要
教师是教学的主体,是职业教育发展的关键.高职行业英语教师教学创新团队是培养行业高素质技术技能人才的关键.本研究通过调研,总结并分析了安徽高职院校行业英语教学的现状及面临的困境.基于此,我们提出通过完善制度保障、深化校企合作、建立团队协作共同体、突出生产实践服务、创新融合信息技术等举措,构建高水平、结构化、信息化的教师教学创新团队.这将为安徽省乃至全国高职院校行业英语教学团队建设提供可行的方案.
Abstract
Teachers are the main body of teaching and key to the development of vocational education.The teaching innovation teams of vocational English teachers are crucial for cultivating highly qualified technical and skilled talents in the industry.This study investigates and analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by vocational English teaching in Anhui's vocational colleges.Based on this,it is urgently proposed to improve institutional guarantees,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,establish a collaborative community of teams,highlight production practice services,and innovate integration of information technology measures to construct high-level,structured,and informationalized teacher teaching innovation teams.This will provide a viable plan for the construction of vocational English teaching teams in Anhui Province and nationwide.
