摘要
创新创业教育已成为推动行业高质量发展以及拓宽就业渠道的重要方式.然而,地方医学院校在创新创业教育方面的成效尚不明显.鉴于创新生态系统在提升创新创业教育中的关键作用,本文从课程与教学以及环境与组织的生态角度,深入探讨了地方医学院校在创新创业教育中所面临的问题,并提出了构建地方医学院校创新创业教育的创新生态系统的设想.为确保这一基于创新生态系统的创新创业教育机制能够顺畅运作,本文给出了一系列对策建议.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship education has become an important means to drive high-quality development in the industry and to expand employment channels.However,the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in local medical colleges is not yet prominent.Considering the critical role of innovation ecosystems in enhancing entrepreneurship education,this paper explores the issues faced by local medical colleges in entrepreneurship education from the ecological perspectives of curriculum and teaching,as well as environment and organization.It proposes a vision for building an innovative entrepreneurship education ecosystem in local medical colleges.To ensure the smooth operation of this innovation ecosystem-based entrepreneurship education mechanism,the paper also offers a series of strategic recommendations.
