Research on the Collaborative Development of School Education and Extracurricular Training Institutions Under the"Double Reduction"Policy
Extracurricular training institutions originated from parents'educational demands for both"quantity"and"quality".The implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy has achieved significant success in addressing the issue of reducing students'burdens. However, challenges persist, such as the excessive expansion of school education responsibilities, increased burden on teachers, ineffective control over extracurricular training, and the struggle to reshape and dominate the market with new operational models. There is a difficulty in forming a synergy between school education and extracurricular training institutions towards the goal of collaborative education. To ensure the effective implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy and promote the comprehensive, healthy, and personalized growth of students, this paper suggests the following:enhance the quality of school education and ensure the diversified provision of educational functions;promote the normalization of extracurricular training supervision and strengthen self-discipline to foster the healthy development of extracurricular education;and encourage bilateral cooperation between school education and extracurricular training institutions to achieve mutual benefits.
