The Connection and Integration of Yoga Fitness Exercise with Chinese Traditional Culture
Yoga fitness exercise,originating from ancient Eastern civilizations,shares similarities and differences with Chinese Confucian,Buddhist,and Taoist cultures,as well as traditional sports,in terms of mechanisms.This paper utilizes methods such as literature review,practical application,and surveys to clarify the cultural origins of yoga in course teachings,attempts to interpret the inner mechanisms of fitness yoga through Chinese traditional culture,and elaborates in detail on the meditation,breathing exercises,and poses involved in yoga fitness exercises.This aims to enhance the exchange and integration of sports culture and create a campus yoga fitness program suitable for China's traditional cultural background.
