Research on the"One-Stop"Student Community Management Model Led by Party Building in Higher Vocational Colleges
Student communities are vital places for students'extracurricular learning and life and are at the forefront of the Community Party of China's efforts among college students.The leadership of Party building is one of the core requirements of the"one-stop"student community construction.From the pilot program led by 10 universities in 2019,to the integrated exploration of 31 universities in 2021,and to the inclusion of 1447 universities of all levels and types in 2022,the construction of student communities has achieved significant progress and has become a focal point of students'Party-building efforts.However,there are still challenges such as insufficient value guidance,a lack of management mechanisms and systems,and inadequate team strength in advancing the"one-stop"student community process in higher vocational colleges.This study elucidates the practical significance of Party-building leading the"one-stop"student community in the new era and explores the existing difficulties and practical approaches for student communities.
