高等医学院校耳鼻咽喉科学专业思政元素的挖掘探索

目的 在耳鼻喉课程教学中,挖掘思政元素并将其贯穿、渗透于教学的整体过程中,以实现思政育人,培养德才兼备的高素质医学人才和接班人.方法 基于耳鼻咽喉科学的课程特点,通过对专业课程教学中思政元素的挖掘、探索与融入,运用雨课堂、案例教学、混合教学等手段,把专业技术知识和思政教育恰当地融合进耳鼻咽喉科学教学中.结果"课程思政"是当代高等院校思想政治教育的重要途径.在耳鼻咽喉科学教学中融入思政元素,更好地发挥了"思政育人"的协同效应.结论 耳鼻咽喉科学教学中"课程思政"将知识与育人相结合,有助于更好地实现培养德才兼备的高素质医学人才的目标.
Abstract
Objective In the teaching of otorhinolaryngology,we should excavate the ideological and political elements,integrate them into the entire teaching process,achieve ideological and political education,and cultivate high-quality medical talents,successors who possess both ability and morality.Methods Based on the curriculum characteristics of otorhinolaryngology,through the excavation,exploration,and integration of ideological and political elements in the teaching of professional courses,and by combining traditional classroom methods,case-based teaching,blended learning,and other means,the professional technical knowledge and ideological and political education were properly integrated into the teaching of otorhinolaryngology.Results"Ideological and political education in the curriculum"represents an important avenue for ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities.The integration of ideological and political elements into otorhinolaryngology teaching has successfully leveraged the synergistic effect of"ideological and political education."Conclusion In otorhinolaryngology teaching,"integrating thinking and politics into the curriculum"harmoniously blends knowledge imparting with education,thereby enabling the better cultivation of high-quality medical talents who possess both skill and moral integrity.
