The Causes and Relief of Employment Anxiety among Preschool Kindergarten Teachers
A semi-structured interview lasting between 30 to 60 minutes was conducted with 10 graduates of preschool education majors to address employment anxiety. The interview revealed that pre-employment anxiety arises in the context of low fertility rates, and some pre-employment kindergarten teachers possess self-awareness biases. The absence of career planning emerges as the fundamental reason for pre-employment anxiety. We recommend that schools guide students to establish rational cognition before and after enrollment, implement differentiated mental health education tailored to teaching during their school years, enhance services, perform thorough interventions, and explore the development of an integrated career advancement education and training model.
