Research and Practice of Moral Education Work Mode in the Context of Pharmaceutical Education
This paper aims to explore the moral education work mode in the context of pharmacy education,in order to enhance the quality of pharmacy education and cultivate pharmacy professionals who possess both skill and integrity.Through research and analysis, the thesis reveals that the traditional moral education model exhibits certain limitations in pharmacy education, which are inadequate to satisfy the demands of modern education.Consequently, this study presents a moral education work model tailored to the background of pharmacy education,namely,the"education-practice-assessment"model.This model emphasizes the moral education of students and enhances their practical and teamwork abilities through diverse practical activities.Simultaneously, through an evaluation and feedback mechanism, students'shortcomings and issues are promptly identified, and targeted guidance is provided. This study also illustrates the practical effectiveness of this model in cultivating pharmaceutical professionals through case studies of practical activities. The practical outcomes demonstrate that this moral education work mode significantly boosts students'comprehensive quality and professional proficiency, nurturing pharmaceutical professionals who are both skilled and upright.Ultimately, this paper summarizes the study's findings and offers recommendations for future moral education efforts in pharmacy education, thereby further refining the moral education work mode.
