基于深度学习理念的混合式教学应用研究——以"管理学基础"课程为例

为了提高学生的深度学习能力,以专升本考试为目标,对管理学基础课程进行了教学重构。选取了三年制高职工商管理专业的两个班级作为研究对象,其中实验班有52名学生,对照班有49名学生。实验班按照课题组设计的基于深度学习理念的混合式教学框架进行了教学活动,而对照组则采用了超星学习通提供的示范教学包进行传统混合式教学方法授课。学期结束后,比较了两个班级学生的期末成绩。研究结果显示:实验班学生在深度学习调查问卷上学习策略、学习动机、学习投入和深度学习结果上都存在显著性差异(P<0。05)。此外,实验班学生的期末平均成绩得分也远高于对照班,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。综上所述,基于深度学习理念的混合式教学是传统混合式教学的升级版本,它能够进一步提高学生的深度思考能力和创新合作能力。
Research on the Application of Blended Teaching Based on the Concept of Deep Learning:Taking the Course"Fundamentals of Management"as an Example
In order to improve students'deep learning ability,we have restructured the teaching of the basic course of management with the goal of taking the college entrance examination.We selected two classes of business administration major in three-year vocational colleges as the research subjects,with 52 students in the experimental class and 49 students in the control class.The experimental class conducted teaching activities in accordance with the blended learning framework designed by our research group based on the concept of deep learning,while the control group used the demonstration teaching package provided by Superstar Learning to teach traditional blended teaching methods.After the semester ended,we compared the final grades of two classes of students.The research results show that there are significant differences in learning strategies,learning motivation,learning engagement,and deep learning outcomes among the experimental class students in the deep learning survey questionnaire(P<0.05).In addition,the final average score of the experimental class students was also significantly higher than that of the control class,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In summary,blended learning based on the concept of deep learning is an upgraded version of traditional blended learning,which can further improve students'deep thinking ability and innovative cooperation ability.Through our research,we have come to this conclusion.
