摘要
急危重症疾病是我国居民死亡的重要原因,在医疗机构内的救治优先等级最高.构建医疗机构急危重症患者规范化救治管理体系能进一步明确医疗机构抢救急危重症患者的规程,提升抢救效率,降低医疗风险,从而提升患者生存率.本文从建立医疗机构内分片包干式的抢救单元、急危重症患者的预处置和全覆盖救治等方面对如何构建急危重症患者规范化救治管理体系做出了初步设想.
Abstract
Critical illness is an important cause of death in China.Its treatment priority in medical institutions is the highest.The construction of standardized treatment management system for critical patients in medical institutions can effectively improve the standardization of medical institutions to rescue critical patients,improve the survival rate of patients,and reduce the incidence of medical risks.This paper makes a preliminary idea on how to build a standardized treatment management system for critically ill patients from the aspects of establishing a piece-by-piece rescue unit in medical institutions,pre-disposal and full coverage treatment of critically ill patients.
